Board Members

The Board of “Shirdi Sai stichting Netherlands” consists of the Mrs. A. Subramanian as president, Mr. R. Santhanam as treasurer, Mrs. B. AnatharamaKrishnan as secretary and actively involved volunteers from the foundation.

All the Board members will always work as volunteers in doing services to the foundation and will actively involve in all the services of the foundation without any obligation / remuneration  from the foundation.

Objective Policy

Shirdi Sai Samaj Netherlands, a spiritual center was formed to provide a common spiritual place for Shirdi Sai devotees in Netherlands. The objective is also to promote spiritual knowledge for the benefit of the public in accordance with the teachings of Shree Shirdi Sai Baba and provide a place for meditation. We also thrive to engage and promote cultural activities like dance, music and drama for allround growth of young minds. SSSNL, also encourages people from all walks of life to participate in activities of serving the community and

  • learn to live with Shraddha (firm faith) and Saburi (patience).
  • Serve and love everyone equally regardless of religious beliefs or faith.
  • Live in harmony with all living beings on earth.

Remuneration policy

All the Board members or volunteers of Shirdi Sai stichting Netherlands work voluntarily without any obligation / remuneration  for the foundation. No financial compensation will be paid by the foundation. Seva is selfless service or performing work without any thought of reward or compensation in the form of repayment.

 

Activities

In accordance with Baba’s teachings, SSSNL has initated some charitable activities along with local associations in Amsterdam Zuid Oost, (ie) Annadhana seva (Cooking for the Needy)by doing this we try to address the most important problem in Netherlands which is not Poverty but loneliness.

We perform Aarthi’s everyday and periodically there are also Satsang and bhajans. During Satsang we read Shree Sai Satcharitra. The word Satsang literally means being in good company, In addition, there will be meditation and yoga classes.

In addition to the above activities festivals like Datta Jayanti , New Year Celebration, Shri Ram Navami, Shri Gurupournima, Shri Punyatithi and Diwali will also be celebrated.
